OK, besides the stupidity of low-carb spaghetti sauce, and how unhealthy I think those low-carb diets are, here's why I REALLY hate it... My own personal reasons.

I feel like a sinner when I eat carbs, now. I can't even describe it, but I feel bad for eating something OTHERWISE deemed very healthy. I feel like I'm scarfing down a huge box of snake food or something, when I'm far from it.

It's way mega lame, and it's royally pissing me off.

Oh lord I know what you mean. Just before I start into a big ol' plate of spaghetti or a delicious roll a part of me thinks, "Gee, that's a lot of carbs..." and I want to punch myself for caring.

everytime I eat something high in carbs, i tell myself "yum, i'm eating a ton of carbs. those dummies on the low carb diets dont know what they're missing!"

I read where a nutritionist was talking about the "trickle down" effect of this low-carb brainwashing. The end result is that even people who aren't trying to lose weight are eating fewer carbs these days, because we're completely bombarded with low-carb propaganda.
